NOW and its affiliated UT Health San Antonio clinics offer a variety of psychotherapy groups. Group therapy can be an excellent option for addressing many concerns or to supplement individual therapy. One or more therapists meet with roughly four to 10 patients weekly; our groups meet for one hour each week.
Each group has eligibility requirements for entry. Some are open to all UT Health clients, while others require screening. Some are offered online using encrypted video services, while others are held in person at the UT Health San Antonio Behavioral Health and Wellness Center.
Our current group schedule is below. If you are interested in one of our groups, please contact the clinic for more information.
